BreziTerms of Use
Who we are
Brezi is made by Kairon Ventures LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“we”). By downloading or using Brezi you agree to these terms.
License
Your license to use Brezi is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). These terms add to the Apple EULA; if they conflict on the license itself, the Apple EULA prevails.
Free and Premium
The free version includes 8 sounds, playback with no time limit and mixes of up to 3 sounds, with no ads. Brezi Premium unlocks every sound in the library, mixes of up to 10 sounds, oscillation and new sounds added every month. We may add, improve or replace sounds; Premium will always include everything in the free version and more.
Annual subscription and free trial
- Brezi Premium Annual is an auto-renewable subscription billed once a year. The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per Apple Account. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or at confirmation if you are not eligible for the trial.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, or in Brezi > Settings > Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
- If the price changes, Apple notifies you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent.
- With Family Sharing turned on, a purchase is shared with up to 5 other family members.
Lifetime purchase
Brezi Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal. If you buy Lifetime while a free trial or annual subscription is active, cancel the subscription in Settings so it does not renew.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's terms and the consumer law of your country.
Safe use
Brezi plays sounds. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Keep the volume moderate. If you use Brezi while a baby sleeps, keep the device at least 2 m (7 ft) from the crib and never inside it, use the lowest volume that works and use the timer. If you have concerns about your sleep or your child's sleep, talk to a health professional.
Content
The app, its sounds, images and texts belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial listening in the app. You may not extract, redistribute or resell the recordings.
Changes and availability
We may update Brezi and these terms. If we make an important change, we will update this page and the date below. Brezi is provided as described in the Apple EULA; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
